Before you write
Playback does not start
Confirm the feed works on the show’s website, then try another episode. Include the podcast and episode name in your message.
Playing Next differs between devices
Do not clear your local queue. Note the devices, versions, and time of the last change; account-linked sync remains in beta transition.
Music Detection missed a passage
The feature is experimental and requires Premium. Say whether the episode was downloaded and analysis had finished; do not send the audio unless requested.
